Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager at American Heritage Insurance Group will handle customer service needs, analyze client requirements, and develop customized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include managing renewals, assisting with policy placements, and building lasting client relationships. This full-time position requires a Property and Casualty Insurance License and offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Duties include:

  1. Assist assigned set of accounts with all of their day-to-day customer service needs, including certificates, billing, and changes to their insurance policies.
  2. Analyzing needs of assigned accounts and developing insurance programs to fulfill these requirements.
  3. Review renewals of assigned accounts and create year-to-year comparison of coverages.
  4. Where appropriate, assist with the remarketing and placement of renewal business.
  5. Maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients to continue to deliver relevant insurance solutions.

A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required for the position. This is a full-time in office position.

The Personal Lines Account Manager at American Heritage Insurance Group in Montgomery, Ohio, will handle day-to-day customer service needs, process insurance transactions, and maintain client relationships. They will be responsible for placing new and renewal insurance business while holding a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
