Duties include:
- Assist assigned set of accounts with all of their day-to-day customer service needs, including certificates, billing, and changes to their insurance policies.
- Analyzing needs of assigned accounts and developing insurance programs to fulfill these requirements.
- Review renewals of assigned accounts and create year-to-year comparison of coverages.
- Where appropriate, assist with the remarketing and placement of renewal business.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients to continue to deliver relevant insurance solutions.
A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required for the position. This is a full-time in office position.

Personal Lines Account Manager
