Spring is almost here! Are you ready to clean?
Spring Season
Spring begins on Sunday, March 20th. Are you ready yet? Southwest Ohio has already been experiencing mild temperature, rain showers, and some blooming flowers.
Did you know?
The first day of spring is also known as the vernal equinox. This means there is supposed to be 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of night.
The reason the days are longer during spring is because the Earth’s axis tilts towards the sun.
Spring Cleaning
Spring is a common time to clean your house and prepare for the upcoming summer months. Spring cleaning involves many tasks and can be done in one day or it might take a whole week depending on what is on your to-do list. Many people begin their cleaning process by opening the windows and letting the breeze clear out the stagnant air from fall and winter. This also helps to cut down on dust in your home and overall freshens furniture and curtains.
