Property Inspector
Part-Time

- Inspecting both residential and commercial properties under consideration for issuing insurance and reporting any conditions which could raise issues with our underwriting companies.
- Obtain photographs of designated areas of the properties and forward pictures to the designated underwriter with American Heritage.
- Complete our Property Inspection Checklist and forward with photographs.
- Complete assignments within 2-3 days of the request.
