New Year’s Resolutions. Some people make one each year while others did in the past, but have stopped after not completing too many of them. It is difficult to come up with a realistic goal each year and even more difficult to follow through on those goals. Most people give up on their resolutions within the first two months of the year.
Studies have shown that you are more likely to follow through with your resolution if you write it down, so several of our employees decided to share their New Year’s Resolutions and see if it helps them reach their goal!
Mike R: To exercise at least 3 days a week.
Dave O: To Exercise more, work more efficiently and to have fun with co-workers, personal friends and family.
Stephanie L: To get more involved in the community and help those in need. To do more 5k runs that support good causes and to improve and continue to improve my fitness routine and eating habits. Also to learn to live in the moment and focus on the good things in life and not sweat the small stuff.
Melanie B: To try to reduce stress and appreciate the small moments in life as they happen. To be happy and healthy.
Ravee P: To be more organized. To exercise more.
Anonymous: To be debt free by the end of 2019.
Mary Ann M: Be healthier!
